Multimodality Module Software for Living Image®
Bring true anatomical context to your optical tomographic reconstructions by directly importing DICOM files into Living Image. The software not only has automated co-registration features, but tools for viewing , rotate, crop, adjust and export data, images and movies of 3D reconstructions. Still need better anatomical context? Overlay the Living image 3D atlas to register organs to your imported modalities.

Mouse Imaging Shuttle (MIS)
The MIS enables the transfer of subjects from one imaging platform to another without disrupting the sample position and for eventual co-registration between 3D optical data from the IVIS Spectrum or IVIS 200 and a secondary modality such as the Quantum FX uCT. The shuttle easily slides into place with ability to integrate isofluorane administration. The MIS kit comes with a variety of sizes to accommodate different mice models and to allow slight compression to enhance optical signals in deep tissue.
The MIS can also be used a compression device for the IVIS Lumina, IVIS Kinetic and IVIS Lumina XR to enhance optical weak or deep tissue optical signals.
