TRIO™
Simplified multi-label imaging of single tissue sections
TRIO™ provides quick, simple and affordable microscopy imaging in both brightfield and fluorescence. Up to three chromogens or up to three fluorophores can be captured simultaneously in a single tissue sample - delivering superior performance over filter-based systems. TRIO also offers multi-labeled per-cell measures of nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membranous protein expression, making it ideal for monitoring protein signaling pathways and resolving protein co-expression.
The system is as straightforward to use as a point-and-shoot camera - advanced knowledge of multispectral imaging is not needed. TRIO is compatible with any microscope that has a camera mount and is easily setup in just a few minutes, enabling users to start capturing images almost immediately. TRIO provides capture of multi-labeled images, high-resolution color images for annotation and publishing, and automatically exports standard image file formats for further image analysis.

inForm advanced image analysis software is also an available option for TRIO. The ability to train the software to analyze only user-selected regions provides a powerful solution for performing nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membrane measurements on individual cells.
